The North Franklin Water Works, Inc. is a member-owned and non-profit corporation that provides water services to about 7,989 residents living in the Crowville area of Franklin and Madison Parishes. Founded in 1970, North Franklin Water Works, Inc. operates a wellfield pumping station at the Chapman Road site and a 200,000-gallon elevated tank and serves approximately 2700 customers. The water is obtained from nine groundwater wells.
