The City of Shenandoah Water supplies water to about 4,925 residents living in the Shenandoah area of Page County. Water sources include rivers, lakes, streams, ponds, reservoirs, springs, and wells. Shenandoah Water Department obtains water from groundwater wells and is treated by the Shenandoah Water Treatment Facility.
