The EPCOR Water – Clovis City District provides water for about 42,976 residents living in the area of Clovis, New Mexico. Established in 1996, the EPCOR Water Clovis currently obtains its supply from a groundwater source, wells that pump water from the Ogallala Aquifer, also referred to as the High Plains Aquifer.
