The Lower Valley Water Users Cooperative Association provides water service to about 8,503 residents living in the Kirtland area of San Juan County, New Mexico. Founded in 1966, the Lower Valley Water Users Cooperative Association maintains approximately 58 miles of water line and supplies treated water from the San Juan and Animas Rivers, which provide surface water.
