The Town of Wrightsville Beach Water supplies water to about 5,300 residents in the Wrightsville Beach of New Hanover County, North Carolina. Wrightsville Beach Water Department operates nine wells, two water treatment facilities, two ground storage reservoirs, and two elevated tanks and provides groundwater and purchased water. The groundwater is obtained from nine wells that draw from the Pee Dee Aquifer, and water from the Cape Fear Public Utility Authority is delivered through a connection with CFPUA at WB's Water Treatment Center 2.
