The City of El Campo Utilities, a public community water system under the City Department of Utilities – Water and Sewer Division, provides water for about 11,602 residents living in the area of El Campo, Texas. Established in 1905, the City of El Campo Utilities Water System is currently obtaining its supply from groundwater sources: five wells drawing from the Angelina and the Chicot Formations.
