The City of Kennedale Water supplies water to about 7,670 residents in the Kennedale area of Tarrant County, Texas. Kennedale Water collects groundwater from five wells that draw from the underground Trinity Aquifer and purchases treated surface water from the Cities of Fort Worth and Arlington, which provide surface water from Lake Bridgeport, Eagle Mountain Lake, Lake Worth, Benbrook Lake, Cedar Creek Reservoir, and Richland-Chambers Reservoir.
