The City Of Robinson Utility supplies water to about 12,450 residents living in the Robinson area of McLennan County. The City Of Robinson Utility collects groundwater from deep wells that draw water from the Second Lower Trinity Aquifer and surface water from the Brazos River which is stored in Robinson Reservoir. The City Of Robinson also purchases water from the City Of Waco, which is surface water from Lake Waco. The water system has a capacity of 3.5 million gallons of water per day.
