Laredo has multiple water providers: City of Laredo Water and Webb County Water Utilities. This page provides information about Webb County Water Utilities.

The Webb County Water Utilities, consisting of the Rio Bravo Water Treatment Plant, supplies roughly one million gallons of treated and purified water to about 8,358 residents living in the Laredo area of Webb County, Texas. The Webb County Utilities Department obtains water from the Rio Grande River through two surface water intakes - Intake 1 is the Terminal Reservoir at the Plant, which receives water from the Rio Grande River bank, and Intake 2, also fed by the River Bank.
