The Webster Water, a public community water system under the City Department of Public Works – Water/Wastewater Division, provides water for about 13,710 residents living in the area of Webster, a city in Harris County, Texas. Established in 1879, the City of Webster Water System is currently obtaining its supply via purchase from the City of Houston, which uses surface water pumped from the Trinity River, Lake Livingston, San Jacinto River, Lake Conroe, and Lake Houston.
