The Columbus City Utilities (CCU) provides water for about 35,575 residents living in the area of Columbus, Indiana. Established in 1821, the Columbus Municipal Utility currently obtains its supply from a groundwater source, 22 wells that pump from well fields in Lincoln Park, 4-H Fairground and Marr-Glick.
