Indianapolis has multiple water providers: Citizens Water, Citizens Water - Westfield, and Citizens Water - Morgan, view all. This page provides information about Citizens Water - Morgan.

Citizens Energy Group-Morgan is a private, broad-based utility service company that provides water to about 5,573 residents living in Martinsville, Morgan County, Indiana. Founded in 1887, Citizens Energy Group-Morgan System obtains its supply from various sources. First, there are four surface water sources: White River, where raw water is then treated and stored in the White River Water Plant or White River North Water Plant, and the Morse Reservoir near Noblesville; Fall Creek, which also provides water to Geist Reservoir and Citizens Reservoir; and Eagle Creek Reservoir, which supplies water to the T.W. Moses treatment plant. Additionally, intermittently, as a supplemental source, the system has groundwater sources, primarily wells that drill into the aquifer underneath the area and store it at their six groundwater treatment plants.
