Gas City Utilities is a community water system that provides water services to about 6,000 residents in the Gas City area of Grant County, Indiana. Water sources include rivers, lakes, streams, ponds, reservoirs, springs, and wells. Gas City Utilities collects water from groundwater wells and treats it at the Gas City Water Department Treatment Plant #1 West to improve the quality before distribution.
