The City of Troutdale Water is a member of the Regional Water Providers Consortium that provides leadership in the planning, management, stewardship, and resiliency of drinking water delivers water for about 16,185 residents living in Troutdale, a city in Multnomah County, Oregon. Established in 1907, the City of Troutdale Water System currently obtains its supply from seven City-owned-and-operated groundwater wells that are drilled to various depths ranging between 485 and 697 feet pumped from two aquifers, known hydrologically as the Sand & Gravel Aquifer and Troutdale Sandstone Aquifer.
