Hoke County Regional Water System - Rockfish supplies water to about 5,920 residents in the Cities of Rockfish and Raeford, North Carolina. Hoke County Regional Water System collects water from wells located on Twin Creeks Drive, Noble Drive, Doc Brown Road, Adcox Road, Carolina Drive, Goose Pond Road, MacKay Court, McDougald Drive, Brock Road, Johnson Mill Road, Scull Road, and Golf Course Road. The water is treated through disinfection, pH adjustment, corrosion control, and iron filtration. The Rockfish Service Area also purchases water from the Fayetteville Works Commission (PWC), which pumps it from the Cape Fear River, Little Cross Creek Watershed, and Big Cross Creek.
