Marilee Special Utility District, a retail water and wastewater services corporation, provides water to about 7,950 residents living in Celina, Grayson County, Texas. Founded in 1960, the Marilee Special Utility District System currently obtains its supply from groundwater sources, primarily wells that drill into the Trinity Aquifer underneath the area.
