Seal Rock Water District, a regional water supply services district, provides water to about 6,000 residents living in Seal Rock, Lincoln County, Oregon. Founded in 1956, Seal Rock Water District System currently obtains its supply from two sources depending on the month of the year: the Siletz River, every May to October, and Mill Creek, from October to May. These sources are provided to Seal Rock by the Toledo Water Utilities of the City of Toledo.
