The Sunrise Water Authority, a public community water utility services agency, provides water for about 44,192 residents living in the area of Happy Valley, Oregon, including the communities of Carver and Damascus, and areas in unincorporated Clackamas County. Established in 2000, the Sunrise Water Authority is currently obtaining its supply from a surface water source, the Clackamas River watershed via the Clackamas River Water and North Clackamas County Water Commission treatment plants.
