The Pueblo West Metropolitan District, under the City Water Utilities Department, provides water for about 30,000 residents living in the Pueblo West area, Colorado. Established in 1969, the Pueblo West Metropolitan District currently obtains its supply from surface water sources: the Twin Lakes Reservoir, Canal Company, Arkansas River, and ultimately, the Pueblo Reservoir.
