North Manchester Water Association is a private water system governed by a seven-member board established under Kentucky Revised Statute 273 that provides water to about 5,332 residents living in Manchester, Clay County, Kentucky. The North Manchester Water Association System currently purchases its supply from Manchester Water Works, a surface water source that treats water drawn from Bert T. Combs Lake and Goose Creek.
