The Caldwell County Water District supplies water to about 6,000 residents in the Princeton area of Kentucky. Founded in 1966, Caldwell County Water District purchases water from the Princeton water system and the South Hopkins Water District, supplied by Dawson Springs. The Princeton Water comes from Lake Barkley, while Dawson Springs treats surface water from Lake Beshear.
