Pueblo has multiple water providers: Pueblo Water Works and St Charles Mesa Water. This page provides information about St Charles Mesa Water.

St. Charles Mesa Water District is a public community water system under the local government that provides water to about 9,690 residents living in Pueblo, the county seat and the most populous municipality of Pueblo County, Colorado. Founded in 1963, the St. Charles Mesa Water District System currently obtains its supply from a blend of sources: groundwater sources, primarily four wells that drill into the aquifer underneath the area; and an intake of surface water from the Arkansas River, and Bessemer Ditch River.
