The Harris County Fresh Water Supply District No. 51 (FWSD 51) supplies water to about 18,888 residents living in the Houston area in Harris County, Texas. The Harris County Fresh Water Supply District No. 51 purchases water from the North Channel Water Authority, which in turn, purchases treated water from the City of Houston.
