Monument has multiple water providers: Woodmoor Water and Triview Metropolitan District. This page provides information about Woodmoor Water.

Woodmoor Water & Sanitation District is a public community water system under the Special District governed by a five-member elected Board of Directors. They supply water to about 17,184 residents living in Woodmoor, an unincorporated community and a census-designated place located in and governed by El Paso County, Colorado. Founded in 1965, the Woodmoor Water & Sanitation District System currently obtains its supply from mixed sources: groundwater sources from 15 wells, and surface water intake from Lake Woodmoor, Monument Creek, and Augusta Pit.
