Established in 1962, the Parker Water & Sanitation District is currently obtaining its supply from a blend of sources: water stored in Rueter–Hess Reservoir, an off‐stream reservoir, which stores renewable water from the following sources: Cherry Creek (surface water & alluvial well water), Newlin Gulch and reclaimed water from PWSD.
