The Roxborough Water And Sanitation District is a quasi-governmental entity that supplies water to about 10,622 residents living in the Littleton area of Douglas County, Colorado. The District was established in 1972, and it currently obtains its water from the City of Aurora. The water travels from the South Platte River at Strontia Springs Reservoir and through the City of Aurora's tunnel and transmission pipelines to the District's water treatment plant.
