Founded in 1956, Stratmoor Hills Water & Sanitation District System currently obtains its supply from various sources: groundwater sources, primarily Wells # 10, #5R, and #4 that drill into the aquifer underneath the area and surface water purchased from Colo Springs 121150 and Fountain Valley.
