The Wood Creek Water District, a regional water & wastewater utility service district, provides water for about 14,345 residents living in the area of London, a home rule-class city in Laurel County, Kentucky. Established in 1964, the Wood Creek Water System is currently obtaining its supply via purchase from the Glasglow Water Company. GWC uses a blend of surface water sources, namely Barren River Lake and Beaver Creek.
