The Kushla Water District supplies water to about 6,294 residents living in the Eight Mile area of Mobile County, Alabama. Founded in 1974, Kushla Water District serves approximately 2,212 customers and collects water from two groundwater wells. The wells pump from the Miocene series, and the water is disinfected with chlorine to kill harmful microbial agents.
