The City of Centreville Water supplies water to about 5,985 residents in the Centreville area of Bibb County, Alabama. Centreville Water collects water from three wells, two of which draw groundwater from the Chepultepec & Copper Ridge dolomite and one from the Knox Aquifer. The water is disinfected with chlorine and has a hardness range of 126-138 parts per million. The Water Department operates five tanks of over 1.6 million gallons capacity and has Interconnections with the City of Brent and Randolph Water Authority for emergency water supply.
