Founded in 1980, Dale County Water Authority has an interconnection with Ozark Utilities, the Towns of Ariton, Newton, and Pinkard, and the Henry County Water Authority and distributes water across approximately 200 miles of water lines. Sources of water include rivers, lakes, streams, ponds, reservoirs, springs, and wells.
