White House Water System (WHWS), Inc., a public community water system under the local government, provides water to about 6,852 residents living in Bay Minette, Baldwin County, Alabama. Founded in 1974, White House Water System, Inc. System currently obtains its supply from various groundwater sources. First, the WHWS owns a 200-gallon-capacity well. Additionally, North Baldwin Utilities also serves as a supplier groundwater, primarily ten wells that drill into the regional aquifer known as the Pliocene-Miocene Aquifer System underneath the area. These ten wells draw water from the Minette Middle Aquifer, Bay Minette Lower Aquifer, North Baldwin Rabun Aquifer, Miocene Undifferentiated Aquifer, Tensaw Aquifer, and Stapleton 275-Foot Aquifer.
